Applicability Determination Index The ADI is a database that contains memoranda issued by EPA on applicability and compliance issues associated with the New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), and chlorofluorocarbons (CFC). Office of Environmental Justice About efforts to ensure fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people, regardless of race, color, national origin, or income, with respect to developing, implementing, and enforcing environmental laws, regulations, and policies. National Agriculture Compliance Assistance Center Easy-to-understand information about compliance -- commonsense, flexible approaches that are both environmentally protective and agriculturally sound.
